TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between R.C IVY CONSULTING ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual or entity accessing our services ("User," "you," or "your"). By accessing our website, submitting information through our forms, or opting into our communication programs, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

SECTION 1: SCOPE OF SERVICES

R.C IVY CONSULTING provides business consulting, strategic advisory services, operational guidance, educational resources, and business development support. Our services are advisory in nature and are intended to assist business owners, entrepreneurs, and organizations in improving operations, strategy, growth planning, and business performance. No guarantees of specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or operational results are made.

SECTION 2: AGE REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY

Our services and website are intended solely for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

By accessing our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.

SECTION 3: SMS AND MOBILE MESSAGING DISCLOSURES

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting into our messaging program, you provide express written consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS communications from R.C IVY CONSULTING. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, account notifications, and business-related communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance.

SECTION 4: OPT-OUT AND HELP PROCEDURES

You may revoke your consent to receive SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received from the Company. Upon receipt of a STOP request, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further automated messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. For assistance regarding our messaging program, reply HELP or contact us directly.

SECTION 5: USER REPRESENTATIONS AND DATA ACCURACY

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when interacting with our services.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent data, will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

SECTION 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, educational materials, frameworks, and consulting resources provided through our platforms are the exclusive property of R.C IVY CONSULTING. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access materials for personal or internal business use only. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

SECTION 7: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 8: GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

SECTION 9: SEVERABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications become effective immediately upon posting.
